the stairs to upper studiothe design was created inspired by the word man for the upper level and dark/black for the basement. The uses of geometric shapes suggest the word man, as common perspective describe man as a straight "thing". The underground suggest the word dark, through the uses of dark pattern and color through all the underground design. One of my favorite part of the design is the contrast of color between the upper and underground, in which the transparent color dominating the upper level in contrast with very dark color for the basement. however, the contrast on the color do not distract the design, but still creates the good relationship in the design.
